We deliver orders through Delhivery Port Logistics, Franch Express, and ST Courier. Based on your location and pin code, the most efficient and reliable shipping partner will be selected.
1. Processing Time:
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time:
- Delhivery Port Logistics: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days across most locations in India.
- ST Courier: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days in Tamil Nadu and nearby states.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your pin code, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges:
- Free Shipping on eligible orders.
For orders below the minimum order value, a flat shipping fee will be applied and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via your registered Email or WhatsApp.

5. Serviceable Locations:
We currently deliver within India only.

Remote or non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time or alternative arrangements.
6. Damaged / Lost Shipments:
If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and process a refund or replacement as per our policy.
