1. 7-Day Challenge Discontinuation

The Alfis Beauty 7-Day Challenge and its promotional money-back guarantee have been discontinued for new purchases effective September 1, 2026.

This change does not automatically cancel any refund commitments applicable to eligible purchases made before that date. Earlier purchases will be reviewed under the applicable terms and commitments in effect at the time of purchase.

2. Returns and Refund Requests

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

Our team will review the request and explain the applicable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns of opened or used skincare products may be subject to restrictions, except where a remedy is required under applicable law.

3. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible. Cancellation may depend on whether the order has already been processed or shipped. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where available and permitted. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Any refund eligibility and processing commitments applicable to earlier purchases will be assessed under the terms applicable to those purchases.
