Money-Back Guarantee (Used Products)
If you participate in our 7-Days Skin Challenge and don’t see visible results, you’re eligible for a full refund within 15 days of receiving the product.
To qualify:
We reserve the right to decline refunds where false claims are detected or misuse is evident.
Return Policy (Unopened/Unused Products)
We also accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Eligibility:
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or tampered with.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
