Important Notice – Discontinuation of the 7-Day Challenge

Effective September 1, 2026, the Alfis Beauty 7-Day Challenge and its promotional money-back guarantee have been discontinued for new purchases.

These terms remain available for reference regarding purchases made before the discontinuation date. Refund requests relating to earlier purchases will be reviewed based on the terms and conditions and representations applicable at the time of purchase.

This notice does not automatically cancel any refund commitments applicable to earlier purchases.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

• The original challenge was available to customers purchasing Alfis Beauty Skin Brightening Cream through the official website or an authorized seller.

• The original challenge was limited to first-time buyers of Alfis Beauty Skin Brightening Cream, subject to the applicable terms at the time of purchase.

2. Challenge Requirements

For purchases eligible under the original 7-Day Challenge, participants were required to follow the challenge instructions to be considered for the promotional money-back guarantee.

• Participants were required to submit daily progress photos for seven consecutive days.

• Each day required:

  1. A night photo showing the cream applied to the face.

  2. A morning photo taken after face washing, in natural light, without filters or editing.

• Participants were instructed to display the unique daily tracking code provided through WhatsApp in their submitted photos.

• A total of 14 photos (seven night photos and seven morning photos) were required.

• Participants were required to follow the applicable submission schedule and challenge instructions.

3. Submission Guidelines

For participants enrolled in the original challenge:

• Photos were required to be clear, well-lit, and show the face adequately.

• Filters, editing, and beauty enhancements were not permitted.

• Night photos were due by 11:00 PM, and morning photos were due by 11:00 AM, subject to the instructions provided during participation.

• Participants were instructed to avoid other skincare products that could affect the assessment during the challenge period.

4. Promotional Money-Back Guarantee

For eligible participants under the original challenge terms:

• Participants were required to complete the applicable seven-day tracking process.

• Refund eligibility was assessed based on the submitted photos and the applicable challenge criteria.

• Refund requests were required to be submitted within three days of challenge completion under the original terms.

• Approved refunds were to be processed within three business days, subject to payment-provider processing times.

• Refunds were to be issued through the original payment method where available and permitted.

• Eligibility was assessed in accordance with the applicable terms and the commitments made at the time of purchase.

5. Disqualification and Fraud Prevention

Under the original challenge rules:

• Altered, filtered, or fraudulent submissions could be rejected.

• Submissions missing required tracking codes or other mandatory information could be considered incomplete.

• Suspected misuse of the challenge could be reviewed before an eligibility decision was made.

Any decision affecting a customer's refund request will be assessed in accordance with the applicable terms and consumer protection requirements.

6. Additional Incentives

The original challenge included the following promotional incentives, subject to the applicable terms:

• Participants who achieved visible results and publicly shared their before-and-after journey on Instagram using #Alfisbeauty7DayChallenge could qualify for an additional ₹200 discount on their next order.

• Selected transformations could be featured on the company's website or social media, subject to appropriate customer consent.

These promotional incentives are no longer offered to new participants following discontinuation of the challenge.

7. Changes and Termination

The Alfis Beauty 7-Day Challenge and its promotional money-back guarantee were discontinued for new purchases effective September 1, 2026.

The company may update its current promotional offerings and policies prospectively, subject to applicable law. Changes to current policies will not automatically override commitments applicable to earlier purchases.
